Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
We have a 7 day return/exchange policy on defective items only. Items that are not defective or have become defective due to customers actions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.), blank and unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork and must be in original MINT condition with no writing or tears on the box or any of the paperwork. Also, there are to be no scratches on the item itself. If you deface the original factory cartons or packaging in any manner or do not abide by the conditions of this return policy, your return will not be accepted. Management must authorize all returns. Please call for an authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Usually, we ship item you order on same day but sometimes it may take upto 1 to 2 business days for an order to be processed prior to shipping. If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly.

Expedited: 2 business days

Shipping Method: You may select your own shipping method for most products. Free Shipping promotion uses Standard Shipping only and not all items qualify for free shipping. Usually we charge $9.99 for standard shipping.
Shipping Time: Amount of time the item is in expected to be in transit according to the Shipping Method you choose.
Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
* In some areas, weekend delivery is offered for major items.
Processing Time: Varies by product. The order processing time is noted with the product information in your shopping cart.
